The ARC Roller is a roller with a certain curvature in the longitudinal direction, which is fixed and rotated by ball bearings. Since the curved roller has a certain curvature, it can achieve the effect of stretching the paper web, eliminating wrinkles and preventing the paper web from possibly interweaving during the material slitting process. Our rubber laminating bending rolls are commonly used in the processing of calendering lines, coating lines and laminating lines for cardboard, fur, film and textile materials. According to user requirements and different applications, the adhesive surface can be selected for wear resistance, high temperature resistance and surface grooving, and special requirements such as Teflon casing can also be added.

Features

Our ARC Roller is made of fine material, the rubber material is NBR, EPDM or silicone rubber, color is available. It has an internal structure of a bearing ring with low oscillating torque. In addition, it has a smooth surface without any negative impact on the material. The angle of the roller surface can be adjusted freely, which is easy and convenient to operate. The rubber hardness is normal 45A~90D, depending on customer's requirement. Diameter and size can also be customized.
